Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product received
- Return request made within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused and in original packaging
Refund Process
- Contact us via email at contact@lakhsylabs.com with your order ID and reason for return
- We will verify your request and provide return instructions
- Ship the product back to us (return shipping charges may apply)
- Once we receive and verify the product, refund will be processed
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
Customized or personalized products, perishable items, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can return the product as per our return policy.
